If you drive to Manhattan Endoscopy Center, take the FDR Drive to Exit 9 toward East 49th Street. Then, take East 45th Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left, and Manhattan Endoscopy Center will be on the left at the corner of 5th Avenue.
