I recommend Dr Kavaler and his team at NY Gastroenterology. The staff are welcoming and seem very well-organized. They make you feel that you're in competent hands, because you are. Very smooth admittance and prep for procedure. Dr Kavaler takes time with you, and is happy to explain everything if you have questions. I had a minor issue following the procedure, left him a message on the patient portal, and he called me on the phone right away to hear my concerns and offer help. He makes you feel well cared-for. This was my third colonoscopy done by him, and I would definitely recommend him.
